There is plenty of room to move around and avoid the Splicers, so it's easy to ignite one, dodge his attacks, then ignite another. Incinerate! is my firepower of preference for this battle. If you get enough good shots, you can earn the Extra Nutrition 3 Physical Tonic, and later complete the Spider Splicer research.
